1  Alarm 11:32 AM October 13, 2009 - 714 South Fred Shuttlesworth Circle, Avondale Box 2385
Engines 32, 9; Trucks 19, 2: RAT 20, District 3 (Coleman) and Rescue 46
2nd DC District 1 (CPT Klosterman) and Squad 9 added to call due to multiple calls reporting the fire.  Squad 9 OS with heavy fire on the second floor of a three story brick multi family building.
11: 45 AM 2nd Alarm struck Engines 19, 23; Truck 32; Rescue 2 Squad 14.
Shortly thereafter Command evacuated the building and went Defensive
Engine 29 and Truck 21 were special called .
Water problems caused 3rd Alarm to be struck at 12:27 PM: Engines 3, 34.
